Yes, your temp sensor values are backwards. S/B as many have posted,
a high value when cold and a low value hot. If your readings are correct, then you've found the problem.

I listed them backwards.
Hot 647ohms Cold 3500ohms I'm rechecking the ISV and I don't get the voltage readings suggested. On the connector I get 12v between middle and one outer terminal and nothing between the middle and the other one. Also, I tried to hear and feel the ISV run with the ignition switch on and don't get anything. On the ISV itself I get .39ohms from 1 to 3 and that's it. Can you fully outline the testing procedure for the ISV? John
