What have you done!

I am curious as to the modifications or repairs many of us have made to our pre '89s. Part 1 of 3. Please vote in part 2

What have you done part 2

and 3!

What have you done part 3!

Hey Dane, I hit a bunch of the x's. Are these mods that you've done?

Mark, for better or for worse, I've done most of what has been posted in the three polls.

Dane, a more appropriate poll for you would be to ask what haven't you done.

I checked all but three boxes. I bought wider tires, rebuilt not replaced my shocks, recovered my steering wheel & replaced the horn pad. I haven't replaced my lights because I'm still on the fence. I have H4s, so if I get the euro h4s , it would be a cosmetic thing. Kind of hard to justify $300. I will have new Ruf style bumpers on by the end of the year. & I don't think I have turbo valve covers. Got my new 15lb battery installed & wired in the smugglers box this evening.

For the poll part that states (replaced/recovered or rebuilt the seats)
You might want to have one other that includes removal of rear seats.
This seems popular.

Thom, No 3.8?, no cam change?, how about a sliding scale for wheel/tire upgrades?

Porsche Crest

GruppeB BastardFactor Calculator for Rickeolis:
Rickeolis

Brakes brakes-stock
Engine Conversion -> 2.7 1200
Engine Mods Backdate Heater 50
Engine Mods FI -> Carbs 500
Engine Mods Remove sound pad 100
Exhaust exhaust-stock
Interior Remove sound deadening 15
Nose nose-stock
Sound System No sound system 25
Streetability 25% Track/75% Street 20
Suspension Turbo tie rods 20
Tail tail-stock
Transmission Track gearing 50
Model Year Bonus (1969) 70
BastardFactor 2055

Hmmm, better than last time I checked, mostly due to the points given for my 2.7 liter upgrade I see!

Nice checklist again Bill-

Wait 'til I'm done with my newer car!
