Suspension bushings and similar rubber bits.Replace on spec?

I have an '87 Targa which has lived all it's life in one of the hottest places on the planet. Just thought I should replace all motor mounts, bushings, etc on spec and if you agree could you post a list of what I need?

Might as well do it all at once.

I'm not sure if an '87 will need it, but for an older car you want to replace all suspension rubber -- look in a Perf. Parts catalog for a diagram - shows the rubber in color. (tho I advocate buying from Pelican).

But first (FIRST!!) replace all the rubber brake hoses with new rubber ones -- I'd do that every 5-10 years. Flush fluid every 2 years.

And how old is the grease in the CV jonts, how do the wheel bearings feel, and how old is the tranny fluid?
