Project done for now/ Alignment Rave!

Well the car is done for awhile(though research will continue on EFI/displacement/rebuild). New Clutch, SC Cams and a ton of new gaskets and parts/fan and shroud/ 22/31mm sanders hollow torsions, shocks/ Mirage 3pc 8.5/11x17 wheels. I capped it off with an alignment by Darin at West End Alignment. Boy, what a class act he is. It was fun to watch someone who really knows what he's doing! It was worth the wait for an appointment and 2hr round-trip drive because i know my car is set up right. Now I just have to work on dialing in the driver, that is currently the weak link

Darin, getting to work.

Up on the rack.

Back on the scales. frt/rr weight dist. 36.8/63.2 Total wt: 3100lbs

Back home in the Canyons of OC for a little exercise!

Special thanks to Pelican Buttjoint for lending me his ATV jack and helping with the drop/reinstallation and tips!

Wayne and Pelican/Jae at Mirage for parts!

And the rest of you guys for the tips/recommendations and laughs along the way and everyday! Let's DRIVE!

I was under the impression that for correct corner balancing, you had to be on the car to take into account your weight. Was this done?

Darin is the man! The best money I spent on my car, forget about mods and upgrades and get it set up correctly first.

Your own wrench in the garage is the best recommendation, if you have the time and patience you should be able to complete most jobs your self. Here are some shops in the area, all have good service and a few with great service at a price.

Thanks for the compliment ted, your post last year on your daily driver is what fueled the desire for these rims, so THANK YOU!
