RSR project

I am hoping to build a Jagermeister RSR replica using and old 911 body that has had turbo fenders added.

Can anyone advise me on how much the turbo fenders should be widened to meet RSR specifications and the relevant dimensions if the holes in the fenders?

All advise and photos would be gratefully appreciated.
