curious about 255 50 ZR16 on fuch rims

ive had 245 45zr16 on my 16x9's on the rear for awhile on my wide body,would 255 50 zr's fit ok, if so does anyone have pics i do have coil overs in the back so i can adjust it if needed, thanks

the255/50x16 is too tall for most purposes. 255/40x17 would be ok if you want to buy new wheels

I just put a set on my car on 9's(like yesterday!)... Anyway, I might have to agree with Bill in the height... they do seem a bit tall to me. The 255/50/16's were what was on the wheels so I would probably go to 245/45/16. Sorry, only pics I have are night shots.

I like the 245/50ZR16s on the rear, now I just need to lower it. These are pretty tall.

thanks for the pics guys,yea seems like bill was right its a bit taller i just liked that ultra wide look i seen them on ebay from a front view. thanks again

When I say too tall I am not referring to visual appearance(to each his own there) but to the performance cost, except at Bonneville, Daytona or Talladega the gearing cost on performance is pretty big.

thanks for them pics shane those r nice shots it looks really agressive from the back side which is what im lookn for. ive also been doin some more tire research and found that toyo makes a 275 45 tq and kumho has a 265 45, hoosier has a 275 45 not sheep but is a bit wider and back to a 45 what do u guys think
