H1 Install--Finally--need a little help (Pics Too!)

I'm finally installing these 1 year after purchasing them and getting the chrome redone and figuring out how to put them back together. I just removed the old SC headlight and there were 4 or so little screws that held the old headlight assembly inside the fender hole opening. As I'm looking at this H1 light, I only see one screw that will hold this light in place after I plug in the light assembly--is this correct?!

One screw at the bottom is correct. The top should seat over a small tab which keeps it in place. The bottom screw is either a finish screw if your just using the chrome ring or a special screw that a finish screw will thread in to if your using the cover rings.
