Help w/84 Carrera 3.2 O sensor connections
'84 Carrera 3.2, the new O2 sensor has 2 identical white wires and a black wire. The black clearly goes to the DME pin 24 green wire via a separate connector. A brown ground wire originates from DME pin 23. And the yellow heater wire arrives vis the pump relay. Green and blck clearly connect. But how do I tell which White wire is ground and which is heater, or doesn't it make a difference. I tried an ohmmeter to each white wire pin, then to the O2 sensor at the body of the sensor and it's exhaust connections without any success. Perhaps it does'nt make any difference, but please help.
