Caliper Value?

I've got a set of front (A) and rear (M) calipers off of my '76. I was going to rebuild them (found some rebuild kits in the shop last night) and clean them up really well and sell 'em. What is the value of these nowadays?

TIA,

Mike

I sold my 65K mi. front Carrera A calipers for $75. They were cleaned (by hand) and new piston seals w/ dust boots were installed. Apparently $75 was much too cheap because they were gobbled up in record time on the classifieds. Dunno if that helps?

Just a wild guess, but i'd say that a set of std./narrow A and M calipers in nice, useable and resealed condition should get you $150 to $200? These calipers are quite plentiful used. So..................

Yeah, I tried to sell them locally a couple of years ago without alot of success, but I didn't have a good feel for the value. They're basically paperweights on my workbench right now, so I'll probably make someone a deal...

Thanks,

Mike
