Delivery Day
Thought I would take you all back to the first day you owned your prized Porsche. This was mine... a cross country delivery, after 60 days of waiting. (paperwork, work schedule etc.)
I sat there in that parking lot for an hour. (OK, I was a little early) Then, I saw the truck pulling into the lot. I had not seen this car in person before this day, so the anticipation/fear were overwhelming. Thankfully, the car was better than I espected. The people in the pics are the driver and his wife for this particular Intercity Transport truck. It's a 1988 Carrera Cabriolet, Commemorative Editon. 72,000 on the clock when delivered. I've been enjoying this board (and my car) for a few months now, and finally got the pics posted.

Very nice! I can only imagine the anxiety level of buying a car sight-unseen. I know I couldn't do it. Looks like you did good. Congrats!
