can we get a bit of info on the 993 TT conversion? any pics? whats the stats? what year is the 911? full metal body? just curious!

Looks like they will have to add some meat to fill up that fender well!

Any more work done on it in the last month?

Several possibilities why:
1. He was offended by someone on the board
2. Project is not going as well as planned
3. Maybe he decided to write a book about the conversion.

4. The customer found out and cracked the *****s.

that sucks...I really enjoyed the thread, hope he will post in the future and disreguard the *********s who can't keep their mouth shut when they have nothing nice to say.

K9... i agree...i was following this thread with great anticipation. Would have been nice to see how it all turned out.

Sunset was a wealth of information and his pictures of the process were top notch. I enjoyed them greatly and for bodywork novices, it inspires us to see the work done. I hope that he posts again. I certainly hope the reason he is gone was not because of some of the boorish comments made by a few misguided individuals that obviously didn't realize that the owner of that car cares as much about it as they do their car.

This was a great thread. I was dying to see the final car. Sad if the thread is dead.

This happens alot here, A guy doing a great job on posting, then some idiot first time owners or worse none owners talk trash, sunset there are more of us here that would like to see the finnished car then the few idiots that were negative, dont worry about them they drink pimp juice, Kevin
