911R Clone Dyno and Final tweeks

Only ran it to 6500 Rpm's ( new engine) 195 HP at the rear wheels and climbing.. this is an 8200 rpm engine. I figure when its broken in next Fri at willow and I richen her up ( was lean on the dyno) probably 215-220 HP. Yipeeeeeeeeeeeee
Those PMO's are great!

Minkoff, Nice! Very nice. You must be happy.

How about a little info on your engine and did you run it on the dyno with the megaphones? Was it loud?

One more time. Nice! Very nice. I like it. You do nice work!

Regards, 2.0

Where is this dyno? Lots of tires.

Which one is you? The one with the big gold watch and the driving shoes? Or the one wrenching.

Great car! Kinda on the heavy side, huh? You're gonna need a wing to hold that fly on the track.

Wow, awesome. I bet mine would weigh that if I took out the engine and transaxle ... almost

I bet he's the one with the "driving shoes"

I saw this car yesterday at the Huntinton Beach Concours. It is an awesome car. Mark did a hell of a lot of work in a short time. He is going to sort it out this Fri at Willow.

One thing I didn't understand throughout all of his posts. This is not a newly constructed car. It was a race car before, he just (just......yeah, right) refurbished it to very showy condition. Mark's car is probably one of the nicest race cars on the board. The number of people crowded around it at any time attests to that.

Or was it because it was parked in the shade on a farily warm and sunny day?

100 times better! easy to adj!! remember the webers that are around are old! seats are worn out in most. Plus I need the 46MM size and those webers are very rare.

Also great support from Richard Parr at PMO
