Does this C2 have widened rear flares?
I found this picture of a Porsche 911 C2 and while I'm not a huge fan of C2s, this one really looks amazing. The problem is, I'm not sure what exterior mods are done to this car. Does it just look good because it's lowered and has the right size wheels on it? Or does it have actually widened rear flares?

that looks like a '94 C4 widebody (with 996 wheels). I think the only wide body 2wd s were the America Roadsters.

definately not a roadster since the roof is there and not the lowered windscreen conv. those flares look very tastey and those rims i admit work very well on that car.

the Roadster didn't have a chopped windshield. you are thinking of the Speedster. The Speedster was made again in '94, my omission; thanks for the reminder.
and yes, i did note the car moazam posted has a roof LOLnice picture of 964 widebody cab here: http://www.flat-6.net/forum/f6_attachment_.php?&attachmentid=1410&twidth=1024

Looks like 965 bodywork, stock C2 brakes, as far as I know the only n/a widebody from the factory as an RPO was the America Roaadster. Even the speedsters were narrow body.

That exact car is a factory 1994 Carrera 4 turbo-look. It was owned by a friend of mine in Nyack, NY. It was sold and now lives in Alaska.

Yes. The 964 turbo-look USA version just had the wide bodywork but regular running gear.

Must admit, this is the FIRST/ONLY 964 that I think looks good. Kudos to whoever put this one together!

Here's another one of those '94 C4 widebodies. They're pretty rare. I love this color :

94 C4 Wide Body. Those wheels are very cool. Tempting. Would they fit a narrow body?
