Turbo rear flares with "skinny" SC/Carrera front fenders...

... would that combination look cool, or too much like a dually pick-up truck?

Anyone running this combination, or ever seen a car so equipped?

I've seen it. Looks weird. Have seen turbo front on Carrera rear as well. Looks weird too.

Not if you use 7" wide fuchs on the rear with original offset.

I was thinking about doing the "bulldog" look on my '86 Carrera with the 930 front flares and the regular Carrera rear flares. Agreed it looks odd but not as odd as 930 rear flares with regular narrow-body front fenders.

Here's a few pics I collected to see how the 930 flares on the front with the Carrera rears

I know my post here doesn't really contribute to the actual question. But I thought i'd throw it in there so we can see how the two compare in terms of proportionality. sorry I don't have any pictures of the 930 rear flares and narrow body front flares.

Edit: If I can find someone local with some narrow body fenders sitting in storage, I could throw one on my stillborn racecar rebirth project. Then we could see how the 930 rear flares look with the narrow front fenders.
