Installing ATE Power Disc, any tips?

I replaced my brake pads last week with Hawk Plus. Now I can really feel that the front disc are a little warped when I almost come to a stop. I ordered ATE Power Disc for the front which should be in the beginning of next week. Unfortuanatly Pelican Parts did not have in stock and did not offer to get them.
My 101 Projects makes it sound real easy to install the new disc's. Is it that easy? Anything to look out for?

Just remove the hubs and unbolt old discs. Installation is reverse. It is that easy. The hard part will be popping off the dust cap and setting the bearing tension if you have never done this before. Good luck.

attach the hat to the disc before installing the disc. the smallish nuts and bolts on the back side of the rotor are impossible to reach once the rotor is installed. if you dont tighten them down they will spin while trying to tighten them from the out (accessable) side and you cant reach the back. i did fronts only so maybe somebody thats done the backs will chime in.

while your in there you should replace rubber brake lines and flush the entire system. i had to do mine because a sticky caliper caused an overheated rotor and warpage. you might want to consider a caliper rebuild too, before you warp the new rotors. a sticky caliper will whine and grown when releasing the brake. if just one side warped i bet thats your problem
