re-index adjusting arm

In lowering my car yesterday, I was told that one of my adjusting arm's needs to be re-indexed, what is in involved?

Assuming you mean the front torsion bar adjustment bolt/cap:

1.) remove 11mm threaded bolt.
2.) remove cap and reposition.
3.) replace bolt.
