Porsche Crest 0-60 mph times

Does anybody know the sujested 0-60 mph times for 2.2 2.4 & 2.7 engines. Me and two friends have all bought one of the above engines and just wondered if there is much difference in performance?

in the 73 set the RS vs. S was .5 sec faster with only 20 Hp difference. Does that seem right? If it had 40 more Hp would it be a second faster? does this seem odd to anyone else?

I am not sure how accurate this times are.

The RS is a lighter car, more HP, larger displacement motor makes it a quicker car.

There may be gearing advantages.

Are those Porsche's numbers. If so, they may be conservative.

It was only 20hp more, but it was about 250-300 pounds lighter, not to mention Porsche is always conservative on their times AND hp numbers as they like to have the magazines regularly put down times a few tenths to even a 1/2 second faster than Porsche's claimed times!!! It's all about Power to weight ratio. Once just for Sh|ts and giggles, my buddy timed my car with his stop watch. It probably wasn't the most accurate considering he was probably late to start and late to stop it, but it's probably close enough. My car is a little under 300hp and about 2300 lbs to push around did it in 4.7 according to my friends watch anyway. I routinely eat up 996's and 993's. Now hit a curve and it's a different story, top end, well I don't even wanna go there but I don't shy away from stop light to stop light runs. I love the looks of the Doctor or Lawyer types as an old car beats them, but usually I get a thumbs up and return it just the same.
