Red face The Roach has Mices

Opened my trunk to find this...almost 10 lbs of dog and bird food. No mouse droppings though. Must be that little critter i caught stuck in the dog food bin last week and released in the field. Poor guy worked real hard to store up that much food.

Is there anywhere else i should check?

Check your heater flapper boxes and inside your fan shroud. Especially ontop of your cylinder fins. They like to chew on plug leads, too.

It'd suck if you barbequed some little critter on a long drive and had to breathe that funk all the way home.

I had this happen to me once, I feel for you. The answer is simple really: stop letting your dog drive your car.

Check inside the smuggler's box too, you never know what you will find. I no longer store bird or dog food in the garage.

on a side note, dog food will also go bad when exposed to air! So for the sake of your animals, keep the food in a sealed plastic container as it will keep it fresh and away from the critters.

Keep your plastic container inside a small metal trashcan. I learned about this the hard way as well.

whoa. a car I looked at earlier this year had the same problem. The guy had bought a bag of dog food, stuck it in the trunk, and forgotten about it. So I didn't feel as bad there...

I may have to agree with the previous poster, but good luck!!
