tool I.D. please.

this came in the tool pouch for the 1975 car. and it went with the same car. is this a factory tool? is it the factory tool that plugs into the jack hole for a lifting point? i want another one, but all i ever find is that square rod with a welded disc unit. i found the older one to work better, the jack is nowhere near the rockers when lifting. any tips to finding one? partheaven and EASY dont have it.

It's part of the jack, but I don't think it should be separate from the jack, my guess is the jack broke so the put that part in the toolkit. That is the "shaft" that slides smoothly into "slot A" on the side of the car.
