My guess is the market on your engine will be someone with an early 911 with a blown motor that is looking for an easy way to get back on the road. I don't think a '69T engine has a lot of valuable internals the way an early S would, so you wouldn't get much in terms of parts. (Though if you have Webers there's a grand or so right there.)

So, if it were mine I'd do the tune up and sell it as a good running engine ready to bolt in. Either that or part it.
