Running so rich, I would be surprised if the cat wasn't totally burned out by now.

The cat is still working fine. Notice the HC and NOx are still well within limits even though the CO was high. The front section of a 3 way cat works by stripping the oxygen from the NOx and then adds it to the HC and CO in the rear section to produce more CO2 and some H2O. A normal reading from either of the 2 gases from one section and normal NOx from the other shows a Cat working as expected .If it has failed you usually see all 3 gases as high.If the matrix has become clogged (from a partial meltdown)you would not have seen the pass after restoring the mixtures with a new O2 sensor either.
