Premuffler and o2 sensor

Looking to install a premuffler (in place of the cat) soon on my 87 3.2. I'm thinking of going with a fabspeed unit.

Should I go ahead and get a new O2 sensor for it? If so what kind? Are all O2 sensors equal?

I installed the same fabspeed premuffler and just reinstalled my existing O2 sensor on my '86 3.2 Carrera. Runs great, no problems. O2 sensors are fairly easy to reach/replace so why spend the money if yours is still good?? If it craps out at a later date, change it.

They are good for 60K miles or so. I replaced my cat with a premuffler -(dansk) had a biatch of a time getting it off. Two months later, the car was running a little rough, replaced the 02 (which was much easier the 2nd time!!) car was fine.

I'd also reuse the existing sensor. When it comes time to replace a Pelican search will yield many tips on the subject.
