What is this part called?

On the mid year 911's, what is the piece that goes from the body to the rear bumper extension called? It is basically a pole (with a bend) that one end connects just below the CDI, accessible from inside the engine compartment. The other end connects to the bottom of the bumper extension on the inside lip closest to the tire. Mine rusted out on one side so i need to replace.
