i see that you are blacking out a lot of the bright work which looks good. imo, if that's the route you have chosen then i would go all the way. black or body color head light rings, black horn grills, black wipers, black decklid script, black 911T, black foglight bracket, etc. it would really give your car a very distinctive and memorable look.
the bumpers look good. makes me think about the rear bumper guards and how a set of plain ones would look great painted body color or left chrome.
are you going to re-install rocker trim? i think it looks great plain. a set of H4s wouls also look good.
all in all very nice job! i know you've been working on it for awhile and it has really come together very well. one of those cars that i will instantly know who it belongs to.
looking forward to pics of the completed car. if i lived closer to you i'd help you out. re-assembling a car after paint is actually a lot of fun.

Bob,
Yes I went with the Black out look, It worked out really well ,I traded all the bright work with Geof33 so he can us it on his RSR project.
I think I will go just about all the way with the blacked out look

I have two sets of letters and the silvers seem to look better will post a pic of both.

As for the fog light holes, I plan to put a mesh like the fresh air vent mesh on both holes. This will cover up the hole and let air in, which I coming to route to the brakes

As for the rear bumper guards, I not sure which way yet, I have two set . So both are getting the holes welded shut, and then on set redipped in chrome, and one set painted black

Rocker panels, yes I going to leave them off, The body shop did not do as good of a job down there as I whated so I will clean them up some more.

Head light rings will be the same color as the rear bumper guards, so if I go with black the fronts will be black.

I am aslo going to take the fan and housing off and have the powder coated black?or silver.

Then send the rims to Mr Reed to get redone, but i will drive it a little first.

Derek

sounds like you got it pretty well sorted out.
P scripts on the rocker panels?
i have the screens from a first generation decklid grill that i bought for parts. you can have them to use for the foglight covers.
