930.2 3.2L 170 KW 1986 911 Carrera

it's the 3.2 L out of an 86 ROW Carrera with 170 KiloWatts as opposed to the US 152 KiloWatt 3.2L engine

I'd say looking at your info that it's the engine that came in your car.

It is my engine, but I am not sure if it is the original. My car has 135,000 miles on it, and runs just great.

However, I am unsure from Porsche records if this is the original engine according to the 'VIN' tag plate.

Where is the engine number stamped on the engine itself ?

Thanks,
