how should i redo my fuch's?

the recent weidman thread helped me hatch my plan. i booked a month long asia trip at the beginning of the year. i figured that would be the best time to drop my wheels off. now i dont know what look to go for. my SC is GP white. will the silver anodized paddles with black background look good? what about all silver anodized, no black? keep the same, but have them redone? pictures will help, guys. thanks. here is a pic, of my car now. the wheels are starting to get rough.

The silver paddles always look good, but a look I've come to really like is just painting the little sections aroudn the lug nuts, like the first Fuch wheels were painted in the 70's. Sorry I don't have a pic...

I know that most of the board likes the polished and polished/painted looks, but I really prefer the original look with black background silver paddles all anodized (it is also the most durable finish)

With the white paint on the car, I agree with banjomike...silver paddles annodized w/ black wheel paint.

On black - all annodized looks racy and you don't see it too much.

You should just gave them done all black again, show some SC pride!

The polished paddles will just complicate the lines.

keep stock. the later cars with all blacked out trim looks best with black wheels. don't introduce another finish.

Here is what I was refering too... note that does have some paint on it, just minimal around the lug nuts.

Silver paddles on a black background I think looks great on white. I'm not a fan of the body-colored centers either.

do a search for "jpahemi" and check his wheels out. Silver rough over silver smooth anodizing, looks great. When I get the down time, I'm sending my wheels west for the same treatment. Of course, that's on a black car. Although I think it'd look pretty good on yours as well.

I vote - leave as is. That's what I'm doing.

A white car - where all the other trim is black - does not need ticky-tacky chromed out/polished wheels. It looks . . . well ticky-tacky. The classic annodized + black centers looks perfect.

Not sure who's lovely car this is, but it is the Fuch look I intend to get eventually. Now if only my money tree wasn't sterile.

Vash, your car looks great now!

I usually like polished/anodized paddles but on a white car I think all black looks best.

Sell me your Fuchs and go buy yourself BBS wheels or Fikses. Better yet, spinners! Never mind. Polished paddles and black background is my vote.
