Real Fuchs or Aftermarket pls help
Can someone please look at these images and tell me if one or both are real or fake? Also some pointers on identifying each type would be helpful. Many thanks.

Both look genuine ... just different years and 'styles' ...
Pic #1 is a 1971 or earlier 'deep' spoke style ... Pic #2 is a later 'flat' spoke style ... Fuchs are smooth on the back side of the spokes as the result of the forging process, whereas cast replicas are grainy and rough on the back side ... but, part numbers and a Fox head on the back side of the spokes tell the real story!

They're both deep 6s. They appear to be anodized, and I've never seen a repro that was anodized.
Note the funky centercap on the top wheel. I'm 95% sure they are real. |

Thanks Warren and DVKK for sharing your expertise with me. I will look at these more closely to see the differences. I did notice the funky center cap on the one and that made me wonder... Thanks again and any additional comments are welcome.

My fakes are anodized, so be careful....no serial number and a MADE IN USA kind of confirms the fakeness of them.
