The fabulous Porsche 919.5

I try not to share the crap I find here, but I saw this in person and it left me speechless. Not shown in the photo is the gaping hole in the roof which presumably would soak the interior next time it rained.

I'm not sure if it's here at the gas station for repairs or euthanasia.

Oddly enough, it can be found in the same town as the suject of this post. Maybe some kind of a deformed little brother?

What the.......?

Hmm, I actually kind of like the 928 lights when done correctly ala '94 Turbo S, but the 928 butt on that thing just doesn't look right/good/kosher/etc...

Just another example of why the election turned out the way it did.

We really are in a serious moral decline!

Porsche Crest

That car needs a 'flame job' ... ala Gregory Hines in 'Deal of the Century' ... from 1983!

Looks like an extreme makeover gone awry. What was the owner thinking?

I wish I could find a screen shot of the 911 from the end of the movie after they have "fixed it up" for the obnoxious fella that owns it. It's got a flame job.

God, don't get them started again....and the 919.5? I could see that in California but DC? Go figure....Could it be the Bush Pope mobile?

You guys aren't reading the whole post. That abomination was found in Glenside, PA. Same town as the awful Gemballa in the ebay link.

I think the rabid local group here would run this car out of town!!!

How about a little "Touch-up!"

Maybe it's a '66 911R chassis that was mistakenly converted in the drug frenzy of the 1980's?

I think it should be restored in the true sense of the 80's...and made period correct as one of those weird little hiccups along the way...

Looks like the back end of a 928 to me. Also resembles the back end of a fat person in spandex.
