Help w/ option codes

I need some help deciphering this sticker on my 85 cab (ROW turbolook). Shouldn't there be more option codes listed? Appreciate the help.

I'm not big into bumps (especially after a goose-egg on the replies), but I could use some help on this.

My recently purchased car is a factory turbo look (brakes, suspension, fenders), but it doesn't look like the m491 is listed on this sticker. Any recommendations on how I can investigate? Since its an ROW car, I presume I'd need to chase down an Cert of Auth from Germany, not PCNA. Thanks.

Hmmmm, what year?
Are you absolutlely sure it's a FACTORY turbo-look?
Does the VIN on the hood sticker match the rest of the car (could have had the hood replaced at some point)?
I would also check the red maintenance manual (if you still have the original), as there is a VIN/options sticker in there as well.
Good luck!

VINs match and indicate car is an 1985; engine # indicates 1985 euro spec 231 hp motor. Car has the other turbo-look features, not just welded fenders. Had ppi done at S-Car-Go in Marin (Porsche specialist) and they indicated car is factory tl. I don't have original manual (got some US version manuals with it though). Reason for asking is I heard that some ROW TLs were made without the option code documentation and I wasn't sure if I had one...or even if the story is legit.
