Uh.... with the "rental" part you are asking people to help you defraud the state. It would be pretty unwise for somebody to reply to you.
And if an investigation started, who lnows what they would gig Pelican for? Aiding and abetting maybe? Anyway you are putting Wayne at risk, and others who reply.

I figured you didn't -- I think if you hit the edit button the R. that delete is an option -- or you can just remove the 'rent' part.
I'd not post that I was gonna break the law on a huge public forum either.... just a personal proclivity. Maybe you want to buy the part for some purpose that is legal in your state? Maybe a track only car would fit that bill - I don't know.
