C2 Center Cap Question

A friend of mine recently bought a '90 C2 with the stock wheels (Cups?) and one of the wheels is missing its crest.

Can just the crests be replaced or does the whole center cap need to be replaced?

Depending upon the cap, he might be able to find a replacement on ebay, but I don't think there is a separate part # for them. Probably easiest to replace the whole center cap.
I have hand painted ones if he's interested.
