Hey Jeff! Sorry I missed your PM, I just discovered a whole bunch of them waiting in my inbox.

This is the full size version, the size of the original scan from the factory manual so the clarity doesn't get any better than this:

The compression comes from building an overlay mask of changed pixels between each of the 20 frames. Since about 95% of the drawing is static, this resulted in reducing the size of the 20 frame "flip book" from over 8 meg to about 1.2 meg.

This process is really just doing some simple math to figure out the pixel location of a particular rotating point on the engine each each of the 20 frames, then editing 20 separate pictures. If you look really close you'll see red dots, those are the points I'm referring to.
