930 Muffler Innerds - Configuration?
Does anyone have a picture or diagram of the inners of the '78/9 stock 930 muffler? This is the one with NO cat and a second inlet pipe for the wastegate. Single outlet on the driver's side.
I need to know the path and packing/baffling. Is it anything like the N/A banana muffler? Thanks!!

The stock muffler has a bunch of different baffle chambers. They each baffle a different range of noise and all together do a nice job in quieting down the sound. I assume you want to make a dual outlet muffler from a stock muffler? Don't do it. They sound terrible. Get a straight through muffler and make an exhaust. That will be not too loud and sound good.
