Remove the diagonal or the whole roll bar? I was thinking that having the rear bars going to the back seat was dangerous for little heads (or big one's I suppose).

I don't think it's a good idea in general to put anyone in the back seat of a 911 equipped with a roll bar/cage. Heck, it's a bad idea to put anyone in the back of a 911 in general!

I have to disagree having been a passanger in a 3.5 revolution roll rollover in an 87 cab with street 4 point roll bar.
### Without the bar I would not be here today. 911 was hit on the passanger rear quarter by a drunk driver in a 76 caddy at full speed who ran an intersection. It was quite the experience and one year of physical therapy later. The point is the bar held and we were not crushed = ALIVE!! The rear bumper was found by an officer in the back yard of one of the houses at the intersection - he was looking for the tag ![]() Quote:
