Can anyone recommend an installer for a rear Targa Window? I have a 1976. The cover is off the roll bar, which will make this easier, but I'm getting no takers from the glass shops so far.

I know a guy in Dallas that can do it..... but that may or may not be far for you. Update your profile and tell us where you are. It's kind of difficult to help without a location.
In the meantime, look at this thread for some helpful tips on getting the targa window installed. It still took my restorer, with the help of an assistant, 4 hours to install the glass. The seal kept on popping off. I wonder how long it takes Kevin to install it.

Your best bet is to call the Porsche dealers in the area (Neil's right-what's with the no info?), they'll know who will be able to do it. I went thru no less than 4 glass shops who tried to do this, before I got smart and did this. The two guys that came out took 3-4 hours, and said mine was one of the harder ones, they all differ somewhat. Your results may vary...
