Dang! Not what I wanted to hear. The later version is readily available for $6... I've only seen the early version on the Early S Registry for $30. I don't think I need it that badly.

a customer's 83 had the yellow one and i've seen them on early 3.2 engines, so probably '85?
does anyone have the link to the one available thru the early 911s registry? i couldn't find it there.
