Weber adjustment.. help

Alright guys.. its been a while since ive posted.. really only bc my Inet is out right now..

Im trying to adj my weber carbs but having problems. Anyone know how many turns Out the idle air adj. screws should be set (the ones w/ the springs on them).

Can anyone give me a quick "how to" on making the adjustments. I have a unysin tool.

Here's what Ive done .. and no luck.

Set the idle to about 1100rpm
disconnected a drop link
Set the unysin to Center mark on Cyl #1
Placed the unisyn on the opposite cyl bank.. This side causes the ball to Hit the top of the tool.. ... WHAT SHOULD NOW BE ADJUSTED TO EQUAL THE BALL???

I would read this thread. Print out T Birds steps and take them to the garage.

The screws with the springs on them are the mixture screws. I start 2 1/2 out. The smaller ones above with the lock nuts are the air correction screws. I start with them all the way in.
