3.2 into swb question

a friend has just completed a 3.2 swap into his 68 swb 911. the car has got a 915 box and has had the rear quarters and susp modified to lwb. he tells me that he had to notch a bit out of the the bellhousing to make it fit the engine. hmm. is this right? hes saying that the clutch dont feel nice at all. it wont be a driver until the weekend (brakes) any advice? how about the flywheel? does he need to swap it for a different type?

thanks

Andy

Notching the bellhousing is needed to clear the ref/speed sensors. The flywheel needs to come from an '84-'86 915...
