Thanks in advance for any input......

You can definitely fit the 7s in the front. I've got SC flares on my 69 and the 8s fit comfortably... With some negative camber the 8s "should" fit under your mid-year flares. I'm sure someone who knows better will chip in.

8x15 on a narrow body will be very difficult w/ the standard Fuchs offset. If you roll the fenders, dial in about 2 degrees negative camber & select tires carefully it can probably be done (dependant on car).

Even with 7x15's you may get rubbing.

I was looking at 7X15s all around for my 75. Since 7s were stock on the rear that year I don't see a problem. But has anyone had theml them rub in front?

No.

7's are max (15 or 16) and may only fit the rear with rolling and camber adjust. It depends on how straight your car is and what size tires you put on the 7's.

there is no 8x15 Fuchs the will fit a narrow 911,but 7 & 8x 16 have been fitted successfully, you need the +23.3mm o/s for both 7 & 8

Ingos 7 & 8x 16

Jack-7's aren't stock on a '75, they used 6's all around.

Here's another thread with the trials and tribulations of wider wheels on the rear of a narrow body.

In addition to that link, here's mine. I also have some 8 x 15's and there is no way. Not if you want the car any kind of low. They stick out from the body one inch w/o the tires on. 7's are as far as I could go. I have explored thoroughly the prospect of a custom backset and still could only manage 7.5 inches w/o rubbing on the spring plate alignment adustment nuts.

60 series tires would help a little.

Aus, you may want to consider dropping to a 50 series profile. I've 7x15 on the front with no problems.
