(30s will be the next project currently we offer for early 911s in 911R and 911 sport then we carry the standard side outlets single or dual for early and mid year cars and I am just finishing the single inlet mufflers that so many wanted (I have 2 down just doing final fittment on a car this weekend) Thanks keep it coming

Ben,
I like the concept of the product. Layout and design of the site is excelent. Only critique I might offer is that it needs a bit more content. Specifically, I think you really need to have some accurate video clips, with sound, in there. The brum brums are funny but let's face it, your product is directed to those of us that believe that sound is one of the greatest stimuli out of the 911 driving experience. Having a bit of video of those cars in the shop with static blips and then actual shot of the cars driving away form the camera is what I am talking about. This kind of content is what would make me WANT to buy your product. The workmanship on the mufflers looks fantastic. Here is a product idea for you. I'd like to have a dual outlet sport muffler that emulates the current GT3 Cup concept. Two 2" pipes, very close together, center outlet, below the factory rear valence. Can you build such a beast? Don, the brum brum's are probably place holders the web developer put in until he gets the content from MB ;)
|
Website is great, its a good thing I wasn't drinking anything when I heard the sound clips....
Better product shots are a must, the one with the 3 on the floor is just not a great shot...lots of testimonials would do it for me too... Adam |
Looks great

Looks great so far, when are you going to do a system for the 964?
|
I used to live in Wauwatosa. A buddy of mine who lived down in the Burlington area gave me these directions to find it, "Drive south until you smell it, then west until you step in it." :)
Nice site. Straight forward. Some dyno results would be nice.......... |
I can't stop laughing at the sound clips. The site looks good so far though.
|
the site is cool, better pictures and better vrooooooooom vroooms
|
Ben,
Why not sell the muffler clamps and gaskets, too? Also, why not have an ecommerce portion where you can simply buy online direct from you? I will send you some good pictures, as you can see, my car is on my lift and I won't be able to move it for a few weeks. I hope we can all say "I remember when" about M&K. Doug Wierenga |
strip out the key points and put on your home page as html
- light weight - great sound etc. And... the one missing item is dyno data |
Ben, did I ever tell you that I have a DVD of my car and Phils car with your "tonned down version" at the track with some real good sound. A couple take offs at WOT both cars in a row, and some stand still video of us driving by. If you get me your address i can send a couple. I think it's about ten minutes long. tell me what you need DVD-R, DVD+R CD-R. I don't know the difference, some play in my DVD player at the TV, and some play on the computer. They'd need some more editing most likely

You might want to add a disclaimer since the word Porsche is on the site. Otherwise it looks nice.
|
another thought -- you might want to post that satisfied customers sent you the sound files... even set up an area where customers can post their comments - or have pointers to the many posts lauding your product. References are always a good thing.
