H4 relay ground question

I put my ground wire here, as in the picture, to see if this would work. It does but it's intermittent. Where is another spot I can put this wire? I don't see anything close without running more wire. The panel is right there but I'm not too smart in that electrical department. Where do carrera guys run their ground wire?
I'm a retard I know, and I'm out of beer.

A ground can go to any clean point on the car. No paint, grease, dirt or anything else. Seal it afterward to prevent future problems.
