Can a block off plate for the heating duct located on the shroud to the blower motor be bought?
I've tried a few things but the stuff just keeps getting blow off.

Hi Ron,
Or you might just ask around for a used one, which cost me $10. I got mine from a racing outfit that replaces the heater plate (to which the hose attaches) with fiberglass block-off plates. And they sell them for $10 (since their business is racing, not selling parts). Also try used parts places like PartsHeaven, Oklahoma Parts, etc. all of who advertise in Pano and Excellence. Your engine is a used engine, why put a spanking brand new part on it (unless you're re-doing the entire engine, and then you can powdercoat the blank-off plate)?
