Chasing my tail
Bought an '80SC in crap condition figuring I can fix most of the issues (or JW can). Dealt with the big issues but now I am in an endless loop of issue-diagnose-fix-whoops-new issue and am spending too much time right now figuring out how to blow up the car. If anyone can offer advice as to where to turn next I am all ears:
Issues just fixed yesterday: Tach was very erratic and idle speed would hunt up and down by 700 rpm. So, new voltage regulator in and lean the mixture by 1/8th of a turn. Tach now works perfect and idle does not hunt (with a caveat). New Issue surfaced: Idle will "stick" at whatever rpm the clutch was pushed in at. Come to a stop light at 2000 rpm push in the clutch, coast to a stop and sit at the light with the engine at 2000 rpm. Drag the engine down to 1000 rpm then push in the clutch and it idles beautifully at 1000 rpm. Issue fixed last weekend: Low beam on driver side out. Replace both headlights. Check that both lights work without running engine. OK on both. I have not turned on the lights until today after replacing the regulator yesterday. Now, both low beams out. Fuses are OK and need to pull a bulb to check for continuity across the filaments but thinking either a voltage spike from the bad regulator fried the Sucro relays or the light switch is toast. Issues surfacing: Passenger window would not roll up for most of the day but did eventually work. Neither switch would activate the window. Issue pressing: In checking the fuses I locked the keys in the trunk. I think it is time for my medication.

Just follow my simple rules...
1. If it is broke, remove it. 2. If you follow rule one you can still drive the car, you are done. 3. If you need it to drive, try to fix it.

I see from your location you are in Egypt. How do you get your car over to JW? Sounds like both your car and you need your meds. Seriously, don't get discouraged.
Check your Decel valve, or other air leaks. Your mixture may still be off. Also see if your throttle assembly is not hanging up anywhere or that your sensor plate or plunger are not sticking. For your lights, check the wiring, fuses, grounds, relay, and it IS possible both your lows are burned out. Check fuse 25 for the windows. Also check wiring and connections inside the door. The switches fail too.

No Decel valve on an 80SC.
Air leaks is a real good possibility.
