Look for a small hole where Russian Blue is pointing. You need to get a long 3mm allen wrench down in there.

Yup, and if (highly unlikely) no one has ever been in there - there may be an aluminum plug/cap you will need to remove to reveal that 3mm allen....
Do yourself a favor and make a "T" handled tool from a spare allen key - one that is the perfect size to adjust while in the car. |
