IROC wing

Has anyone added a raised wing over an IROC tail like the 3.8 wing. Like this

You'd have to do a lot of fabrication work to put together a strong enough mount for it. Plus, the IROC tail wasn't designed with a second element in mind, like the 3.8RS tail was.

It'd be an interesting idea for a ducktail, though. You could mount it out of sight, to the inside edge of the rear quarters.

Just install a trailer hitch and attach a tall T-shaped wing to that. It's removable and gets the downforce waaaay back so you don't need quite as much.

Guess I better shut up and go to bed now.

I have tried to think of similar ideas and just came up with swapping tails depending on where I was going to be driving.

I have a GT Racing IROC tail on my SC, but I didn't go that far.

In the picture, it's a 3.8RS tail. One further trick to a bi-wing design with an IROC tail would be to get the uprights as far back as the 3.8RS tail allows:
