I am just in awe of what people can do to create their own cars. You must be very proud...and deserve to be!

I couldn't agree more...some of you guys simply kill me w/ what you can do!

Now...on to the motor...I just built (had built) a 3.2SS...but in much the same config.

GE 60's (from our illustrious Camgrinder no less)
Weber 46's
JE 10.5:1...tho I run race gas on single plug
Knife edge crank
boattail case
lightened flywheel

My thoughts, but w/ only 300 track miles on it:

Great torque outta the corners
Nice pick up, but it really shines around 5-5.5k
I'm finding I can actually stay up 1 gear coming out of the corners in a lotta spots

...absolutely marvelous... Are those rear wings stock ? They look wider than ...the wide ones ...

The rear wings (quarter panels with flares??) are fiberglass from GT Racing bonded onto the rear quarters. They are designed top replicate the original RSR flares from '73.

Thanks for the report on the 3.2 motor. Can't wait to finish mine up and get it on the track.
