			Probably the "best improvement for money" of all modifications I made to my car. Bought it for $110 right after it was introduced some years back and it has worked without trouble since. 			I have the Seine in my car.  I've been pretty happy, but I'd install a stiffer spring as the factory 915 5/R return spring is stiffer than the Seine 1/2 one. 			I have part of a Seine. I have a 901 and I didn't want the spring over on the 4th-5th side to start with, which is where it would be on my shift pattern. The problem is that I might pull the lever into 3rd instead of 5th on an up-shift with that pressure on the lever. I wanted an "open" H pattern for my rack gears 2, 3, 4, and 5. 
		
	
		
	
			
			
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
	
	so, I cut the housing at the base and rotated it 180* and welded it back on. This also provided me with a reverse lockout where it needs to be on the 901 pattern. The internal factory springs are enough to flip the lever out of the 1st-rev plane. I haven't used it yet, but I think I'm gonna like it a lot. ![]() I haven't tacked on the guide for the gates on the other side yet. I'll have to wait until it's installed to dial that in as per the instuctions from SS.  |

	Isn't there another company selling the same product for $100+ more? For 4 x the price you can get a race proven Wevo shifter... Wevo made me an extended lever shrort throw version. That's a great choice too. The Rennshift unit is has a pretty lever though I'm not familiar with it.   I like the 3/4 centering feature on all of these shifters. When you are cornering on the edge it's calming to know as you shift out of 2nd you let the spring do its job as it centers the lever into the 3/4 gate and you gently push the lever forward into 3rd. The chance of hitting 1st and bending valves is slim to none.
