My brother bought these for my sc but they are toooo wide (2)16x10 and (2)16x12 I have never seen this type of wheel before they are original fuchs 16x6 3 piece and have 20 bolts. The only thing I dont like is that they are chrome. Does anyone have an idea what they are worth?? I think my brother plans on selling them.

I forgot to add that these wheels are extremely light weight.

Throw them on eBay and see where they land.
![]() But they look to be in the high $700s if they are Lindsey Racing wheels. http://www.lindseyracing.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=LR&Product_Code=LR-P32&Category_Code=GENWHEELSP3 Last edited by Spede; 09-23-2005 at 12:18 PM.. |

Are they chromed or just polished? Wouldn't chroming also chrome the backs of the centers? (just guessing here).
What are the offsets and what did they fit on/come from? And, is there some common slick dimension that would fit these? Surely there is no street rubber anymore that would fit a 12x16... Tnx, SMD

If they are LIndsey's just get new rim halves and make them any width you want.

Lots of companies make 3-piece wheels. The problem you have is that they are 16's. Street cars can't get tires in those sizes, so the value of the set is reduced to basically the value of the centers, which is maybe $100 a pop. If you can find a racer who has tires that fit (are there any?), and doesn't mind racing with chromed/unknown-manufacturer wheels, then you could probably get more.
You could also get new halves (from BBS, for example) and make 17-inch or 18-inch wheels out of them in pretty much any width/offset/backspace you need.

jpnovak looks very similar to lindsey but not sure. I rather sell them and buy me some 16x8's or 16x9's. Looks like they will be up for sale. gus |
