Does anyone know anything about...

car? Besides the fact that the guy can't spell and his grammar is for the birds!

Also does it look like this car will pass smog in ca. old exhaust would be put on, but what about the twin plug. ic....?

The only things that would cause it to fail the smog test in Ca would possibly be the exhaust if, the k&N, the chip, and the larger injectors.
Even with the factory chip the larger injectors could cause problems.

If the factory exhaust were re-installed, the factory intake filter system, the factory chip, and the original injectors, it should pass.
The turbos and intercooler don't make any difference at all unless it is under boost.
it is also possible that the chip programmer did his job well enough that he maintained the clean running at anything less that boost, but you still have to pass the visual and on that new of a vehicle that means that any and all detectable modifications have to be CARB certified.
Very hard to pull off.
