It's apparent to me the guy in the GT3 is being cautious, whereas, the VW Bus does a bonzi inside move. Maybe he has Porsche brakes and a 911 engine in that thing? I know a guy that had a killer VW bus, built up off spare 911 parts.

My translation...

Translation

This is a track Taxi VW bus with a 993 TT engine and 500 HP.
Translation:
- Final lap on SPA Track with a GT3 Track wet/dry
- Curve exit Stavelot
- Approach Blanchimont
- Slow down because of another car on track
- The Aston can speed up fast for now
- Let me pass, oh not yet
- Aston is not going to the right
- Here is a..... No!!!
- VW BUS T1
- The bus speeds up fast!
- We all (three) can not pass trough Eau Rouge
- Shift down to get rid of Aston
- lets see if I can catch the Bus
- You can see how it went in the second part

here you find the VW BUS project:

They use to have a photo album showing the process. I believe they started with a vanagon chassis, and added the turbo components. The bus body was split lengthwise to fit the chassis. Quite a piece of work.

Seeing that race taxi was way too cool and reminded me of the press vehicle Renault built in the 90's....the Renualt Sport Espace F1

Here's the longer version:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=GtTMWcWJ4yg

The rest of the captions:
- approch to Pouhon, a double off camber left hander
- here you can easily see the aerodynamic advantage of the GT3
- I can significantly catch up in spite of the stock tires
- in medium fast corners the Bus can go similar speeds due to his semislicks
- here I'm running up to him again
- need to get off the throttle
- here in the fast Blanchimont the GT3 could go faster
- out of the Bus-Stop the Bus goes fantastic
- the same out of LaSource
- through Eau Rouge I'll stay with him this time
- if I pulled to redline now I could overtake him on Kemmel
- but I still want to watch him for a while
- here the aerodynamic differences become obvious
- here at Combes / Malmedy keeping up is hard work
- at Pouhon it's the same as in the lap before
- I could go much faster here
- the normal braking point would be under the gantry
- here he would hold me up again
- but now he lets me pass

and this is what it looks and sounds like from inside the Bus:
